7 Chakras [Energy Centers],  7 Swaras [Notes],  72 Melakarta Ragas [Scales]   and 72 Thousand Nadis [Energy Channels] - Music Therapy establishes a relationship between them  The Chart shows the location of the main Chakras or interconnected energy centers in every human body. Shown are the seven main Chakras.      Each Chakra has a rhythmic pulsation or vibration.  In employing Music Therapy as a treatment tool, the objective is to treat the disability at its root cause.  Musical pulsation or vibration is therefore directed at the body’s many Energy Centers, specifically the seven main energy centers, the Chakras - starting from the  Muladhara Chakra  to the Sahasrara Chakra.

That is to say - starting from the point below the Spinal cord to the top of Head [crown point].  They are internally connected but at the same time each Chakra superintends the effective and efficient functioning of a group of organs under them.  Where the healthy body is affected by toxins, the condition either caused by pollution of food, water, air, chemicals in the environment, alien and emotional inhibitors satisfactory functioning of the human immune system is vitiated. They also manifest themselves as physical and / or psychosomatic symptoms.   Detoxification as a prerequisite to intervention enhances both, the energy level of these centers and their receptivity to therapy. This in turn improves the immunity level of the body.   Properly practiced, results are positive and sustained.
